I spent 3 nights with my son at the Rathview House B & B. What a wonderful host Sharon is. Her home and bedding are extremely clean.
Sharon went out of her way to help us in every way. What a great cook she is.
I would highly recommend this B & B to anyone.

Probably the best B&B breakfast we have ever had! A lovely welcome with a pot of tea and homemade cake. Outstanding value. Only a few negatives: the room was rather small and the TV reception poor. The location is wonderful if you wish to use Dublin airport.SSSSS

We visited Swords to attend our Grandson's christening. I did quite a bit of research of local B & B's including reading 100's of reviews! I chose Rathview House on the strength of these reviews and I must say we were not disappointed. Sharon and her family made us very welcome from the word 'go'. Admittedly, our room was compact but you wouldn't expect anything else in a residential home. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were very comfortable. We had an en-suite shower room and toilet, which was an added bonus, as sometimes in a family home you have to share bathroom facilities with other guests. We had our own key to the front door so could come and go as we pleased. The breakfast was extremely good and catered for all tastes. We spent 3 nights at Rathview House and would definitely visit again. When we left we handed our key to Sharon's daughter because Sharon was busy elsewhere in the house. As we were about to drive away Sharon came out to say goodbye to us, which I thought was really nice of her. I can't praise this B & B highly enough - it was excellent.SSSSS

We enjoyed a truly wonderful stay at this charming B and B. The owner was so gracious and helpful. She offers the most amazing breakfasts. I opted for her delicious pancakes with fruit.
Our room was cosy, very comfortable, pretty and immaculate.
We enjoyed a fun dinner at a nearby pub with lovely atmosphere.
We highly recommend the Rathview House B and B.
It is conveniently located with excellent bus connections to Dublin and the airport. A perfect choice.

Very nice B&B. The owners were very helpful in providing information about transportation. Very convenient to the airport, either by bus or taxi and within walking distance of the city centre with many pubs, restaurants and shops. We needed breakfast promptly at 8 AM in order to catch a flight and they were willing and even anxious to do this. Only negative is that our room was quite small for two singlesSSSSS

Sharon was a wonderful host. She provided a spotless home and wonderful breakfast. She was very efficient and provided gracious and excellent service. Rathview is especially convenient to the Dublin Airport and Sharon was very helpful with directions and taxis to the airport. But Rathview is highly, highly recommended for everyone. SSSSS
